FAQs

Q: What payment methods are acceptable?
A: Paypal is the preferred method of payment; however we will also accept money orders by mail.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: TwoKingsNeckwear.com strives to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. We use the US Postal Service and delivery time is estimated to be between two or three business days in the 48 contiguous states. The ties are packaged in a flat rate ($8.10) Priority Mail box that can accommodate one or two ties. An additional $8.10 will be charged for each third neckwear purchase or for each additional location requiring shipping.

Q: Do we ship outside the United States?
A: Yes. Rates vary depending on city and country and are subject to change. Paypal has the resources to calculate international shipping costs and money exchange rates.

Q: Can I ship to addresses other than my own?
A: Yes. Any shipping address can be filled into the address section of the check out screen.

Q: Can I have my purchase gift-wrapped?
A: All Two Kings products already arrive gift-boxed and bowed. When prompted at the checkout page, just let us know that your purchase is intended for some other kingly soul. We will include your personalized message and a blind” receipt (one with no pricing information).

Q: If I am not content with my purchase, can I return my item?
A: Yes. Two Kings Neckwear will ONLY accept the return of tie(s) both in its original packaging, and original, unworn/untied condition. The tie(s) must be sent back within 7 business days of receipt. If returned, the refund will be made to the debit/credit card used to pay for the original order. You will be directed by email when the refund has been processed. This will usually be within 7 business days of receipt of the returned tie(s).

Q: What if I decide I want a different color or design after my order is placed?
A: Once an order is placed, you cannot make changes.

Q: What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
A: We aim to provide the superior neckwear experience, so we rigorously inspect each necktie before shipping it out. Additionally, we pack each of our ties in a protective plastic sleeve, a custom wooden tie box, a cardboard box for covering the wood box, bubble wrap, and a shipping box. These ties have some major protection. But if somehow your tie arrives damaged please contact our customer service department by email. Also, since our ties are hand made and hand printed, slight variations may exist, and these variations are not considered imperfect or damaged.

Q: How do I care for my necktie?
A: We recommend dry-cleaning if absolutely necessary; however, we cannot guarantee any individual dry cleaner’s work. We also suggest storing your tie inside its plastic sleeve, unknotted, within its box.

Q: Are your neckties manufactured in the USA?
A: Our ties contain parts that are both domestic and foreign in origin; however, our ties are assembled and hand sewn in New York City’s garment district in the USA by union workers.

Q: Are there other lengths available?
A: Not yet. Currently all of our ties are approximately 58” long.

Q: How is your site best viewed?

Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: No, we do not have a catalog at this time.
